Order Processing
All LoftLabs Golf products are carefully manufactured, inspected, and packaged before shipment. Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. During new product launches, holidays, or periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times:
Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout (where applicable)
Please note that delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.
Domestic Shipping
LoftLabs Golf currently ships throughout the United States. We are working toward expanding to additional locations in the future.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is the carrier's responsibility. If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier first. If you still need assistance, contact us and we'll do our best to help.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please verify your shipping address before completing your order. LoftLabs Golf is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided during checkout.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can evaluate the issue and work toward a resolution.
