Refund policy

At LoftLabs Golf, we take pride in creating high-quality golf training products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging whenever possible.
- Proof of purchase or your order number is required.
Products that have been excessively used, intentionally damaged, modified, or abused are not eligible for a refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error or a defective product.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or you receive a defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the product and packaging
We'll work quickly to replace the item or issue a full refund if appropriate.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange a product, please contact us before returning your order. We'll be happy to assist you with the exchange process.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The wrong item was shipped.
- The product arrived damaged.
- The product is confirmed to be defective.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as LoftLabs Golf cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds:
- Gift cards
- Clearance or final sale items
- Customized or personalized products (unless defective)
